  • How can I schedule an appointment to visit the showroom?

    We are a small team; our goal is to give our undivided attention to clients with appointments. For this reason, we highly recommend making an appointment before coming into our showroom. Our showroom is open to the public during business hours; however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to assist you if you do not have an appointment. If need be – we can follow up via email if you choose to come in without an appointment and have further questions.   • Do I need an appointment to come into the showroom?

    Our doors are open during business hours for anyone just looking to only browse. However, if you need any assistance or questions answered (questions about inventory, prices, or general inquiries) we cannot guarantee that a team member will be available to assist you without having an appointment. We understand this isn’t always convenient, but we are a small team and aim to provide undivided attention to those who have appointments. If you choose to come into the showroom without an appointment and need further assistance, you can fill out a request form while you are in the store regarding any questions and a team member will follow up with you as soon as possible.

  • Do we offer samples?

    We do! However, we have a very large inventory and with so many options, including color, collection, size, and finish, we might not always have the exact product sample you need. The best way to know if we have a sample of a product you are interested in is to contact us HERE – expect a response from one of our team members within 1-2 business days.

  • How can I know which items are in-stock & which items will need to be a special order?

    We are constantly receiving new inventory and we do our best to keep our most popular products in stock or predict which of our newer products will be in high demand. However, we are constantly working on large-scale projects so we never know when large quantities of stock will be purchased – making it hard to say whether the product(s) you are interested in will be in-stock at the time of your order. The best way to know if a product is in-stock is to contact us HERE – expect a response from one of our team members within 1-2 business days.

  • If the product(s) I’m interested in are not already in-stock at the Ajami warehouse, how long should I expect to wait for the products to be ready for pick-up or delivery?

    If the products you’re interested in are in stock in our Miami warehouse, we can have your order ready for delivery or pick-up in 2-3 business days. If the products you’re interested in are at our California warehouse, it could take an additional 2-3 business weeks for your order to be ready for delivery/pick-up. If your order is not in-stock at either of our warehouses, orders can take 8-16 weeks from time your order is placed to the pick-up or delivery day. Custom ordered products generally take closer to 16 weeks. As a disclaimer, there are a lot of logistics that are out of our control during the time it takes for an order to leave our factories overseas to the time that they make it to our U.S. warehouses, therefor issue out of our control can occur – as a precautionary measure, we highly recommend that you not plan your project around any predetermined delivery dates set by the shipping company.

  • Does Ajami offer installation?

    We do not offer installation. We have offered it in the past however it is no longer a part of our offerings or services. As a precautionary measure for any potential issues, we also do not give referrals for installers.

  • Where does Ajami offer shipping?

    We offer shipping all throughout the continental U.S. We have sold our products to people outside of the country but do not handle logistics for international deliveries.   • How much should I expect to pay in shipping?

    There are a handful of factors that determine how shipping will cost. How far your delivery is from our Miami warehouse – if your delivery is in Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach County, we work with a local 3rd party delivery service. This company charges a flat rate for the first pallet, they charge an additional fee for each additional pallet. For orders outside of the three aforementioned counties, we use a 3rd party logistics broker to find the best price available for your order – factors that are considered by the logistics company are: the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the distance your order will have to travel. Our customers can opt for shipping insurance which will be an additional optional fee. Ajami takes no responsibility for issues that occur during the shipping process, therefore we highly recommend purchasing the additional shipping insurance offered through the shipping company.

  • How long does it take for an order to be ready for delivery/pick-up?

    Once we receive your full order at our warehouse, you can expect your order to be ready for delivery or pick-up within 48 hours, if your delivery is in Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach County. The determination of how long the shipping company needs to pick-up from our warehouse and the amount of time it takes for them to deliver your order is completely out of our control. Generally this process works smoothly and fairly quick but there are always exceptions.

  • How can I find out which items are in-stock & which items will need to be a special order?

    Contact us. We constantly have products coming in and out of our warehouses. Our team members are very hands on with the inventory that we have readily available, so the best way to have any availability questions answered is to contact us HERE – expect a response from one of our team members within 1-2 business days. If the product you are interested in is a custom ordered product we will not have it in stock.
